前頭骨に発生した骨内脂肪腫の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　正常骨の骨髄には脂肪組織が豊富に存在しているが，骨内に脂肪腫が発生することは稀である．骨内脂肪腫はどの部位の骨にも発生し得るが，大腿骨近位部や踵骨など四肢の骨に発生することが多く，頭蓋骨では少ない⁹⁾．頭蓋骨内脂肪腫はこれまで17例報告されているに過ぎない^{1-5,8,9,11-15,17-19)}．今回われわれは，10歳代後半に発生し，40年以上の経過をもつ前頭骨内脂肪腫の1例を経験したので，文献例を交えて考察する．
