Ⅰ．はじめに

　脳神経血管内治療においては，治療デバイスや診断機器の進歩に伴い，複雑な症例を扱う機会も増えている．そのため，血管解剖の理解や種々の検査による，病態把握や治療戦略がより重要となっている．今回は，機能的血管解剖と神経放射線診断について述べる．
