Ⅰ．はじめに

　脳底動脈先端部血栓化動脈瘤はwide-neckや巨大なものが多く，治療困難なことが知られている．今回，くも膜下出血で発症した本動脈瘤に対してYステント併用コイル塞栓術を施行した1例を経験したので報告する．
