Ⅰ．はじめに

　覚醒下手術は，てんかん外科の領域において術中に責任部位を同定するために発達してきた手術法であるが，即効性静脈麻酔薬（プロポフォール）が開発され腫瘍摘出術に応用されてから急速に発展した⁸⁾．運動・言語野近傍の病変を切除する際に，術後の後遺症を回避するために適用されることが多く，非優位半球の頭頂葉病変に対する覚醒下手術は稀である¹²⁾．しかし，下頭頂小葉障害による半側空間無視や上頭頂小葉障害による視覚性運動失調は，日常生活に多大な支障を来すため，回避したい合併症である¹⁰⁾．今回われわれは非優位半球頭頂葉グリオーマの2例に対して，線分二等分試験をタスクとした覚醒下腫瘍摘出術を施行したので報告する．
