低血糖症状で発見されたgranular cell tumor of the neurohypophysisの1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　下垂体後葉顆粒細胞腫（granular cell tumor of the neurohypophysis：GCT）は下垂体後葉または下垂体柄，漏斗部より発生する顆粒細胞を主体とする腫瘍で，症候性となるのは原発性脳腫瘍の0.02％と稀な腫瘍である¹⁷⁾．ただし，無症候性のものは6.7％（1,364例の剖検で91例）¹⁰⁾，他の報告では17％¹⁾にみられる．症候としては視力視野障害，下垂体機能低下，頭痛などがみられ，他の下垂体疾患との区別は難しい．今回われわれは，低血糖症状により発見されたGCTの1例を経験したので報告する．
