脳底動脈先端部動脈瘤に対するコイル塞栓術

Ⅰ．はじめに

　脳底動脈先端部動脈瘤は，一般に開頭clipping術が解剖学的に困難で，血管内治療が有利とされている^2-4,8,16,21)．海外からは脳底動脈先端部動脈瘤に対する血管内治療の有用性を示唆する論文はいくつか報告されているが，本邦からの多数例の報告はない^2,4,16,21)．今回，2000年以降にコイル塞栓術を行った同動脈瘤79例を対象とし，その成績を検討した．
