Vater乳頭部癌からの脳転移：症例報告

Ⅰ．はじめに

　Vater乳頭部癌は早期から黄疸などの症状が出やすく，比較的発見が早い腫瘍であるため予後は良好とされるが，転移を来すと著しく予後不良となる．

　Vater乳頭部癌の転移は一般的に腹腔内臓器に多く，脳へ単独で転移することは稀である¹²⁾．さらに，Vater乳頭部印環細胞癌の脳転移は極めて稀である．今回われわれは，印環細胞癌を含むVater乳頭部癌の脳転移症例を経験したため，文献的考察を加えて報告する．
