Ⅰ．経験症例

1．症例

　1歳9カ月女児．約6mの高さの自宅2階から転落して頭部を打撲し，救急車で近医に搬送された．頭部CTを施行したところ，急性硬膜外血腫，急性硬膜下血腫，外傷性くも膜下出血，脳挫傷を認め，そのまま当院へ転送された．当院来院時の意識レベルはGlasgow Coma Scale（GCS）でE1VTM4であり，緊急で減圧開頭血腫除去術を施行した．
