脊髄・脊椎の機能血管解剖

Ⅰ．はじめに

　脊髄・脊椎の血管解剖の研究の歴史は19世紀後半に始まった^1,4)．近年，脊髄の血管病変に対する血管内治療や外科的治療の進歩とともに，脊髄の血管解剖の理解が以前にもまして重要となってきた．CT angiographyやMR angiographyなどのtechnologyの進歩も目覚ましいものがあるが，今でもカテーテル血管撮影が，脊髄の血管病変診断のgold standardであることには違いはない．カテーテル血管撮影の施行や読影は簡単ではないものの，脊髄の血管構築そのものは比較的単純であるため，発生を含めた血管機能解剖の理解が，脊髄血管病変の病態理解や，より安全な治療に重要である．
