Ⅰ．経験症例

1．症例

　51歳女性．2009年初め頃より腰痛や右鼠径部痛，右大腿前面および外側の痛みが出現した．2010年8月に腰椎椎間板ヘルニアと診断され名古屋市内のクリニックにてレーザー治療（percutaneous laser disk decompression：PLDD)²⁾を自費診療にて受けたが，症状に改善がなく，2011年8月に同クリニックにて再度PLDDを受けた．2回目のPLDD後より，右鼠径部痛が少し軽快したが，腰痛と右大腿部痛の改善はなく，疼痛のため松葉杖での外出となっていた．
