Ⅰ．はじめに

　脳神経血管内治療手技は，脳血管障害のみならず腫瘍性病変に対しても用いられる．その主な手技として，①流入血管塞栓術，②抗がん剤動注療法，③海綿静脈洞サンプリング，などが挙げられる．本稿では，これらの手技を行う際に必要な基礎知識と，実際の手技について解説したい．
