（12）小児の脳血管内治療

Ⅰ．はじめに

　小児期の脳血管内治療は脳・脊髄血管奇形に対する塞栓術，腫瘍に対する塞栓術，抗癌剤の動注療法，静脈性血管奇形やリンパ管性血管奇形などの頭頚部血管奇形に対する硬化療法・塞栓術など多岐にわたる．脳血管内治療の対象となる疾患のうち小児期に特有なものは頭蓋内動静脈シャント疾患のガレン大静脈瘤，硬膜動静脈瘻であるdural sinus malformation（DSM）やinfantile dural arteriovenous shunt（IDAVS），脳動静脈瘻があり，これらは成人の頭蓋内動静脈シャント疾患とは異なる病態の理解と治療戦略が必要である^4,6)．本稿ではこれら小児期の頭蓋内動静脈シャント疾患の臨床症状や治療戦略について概説する．
