頚動脈ステント留置術後に生じた症候性亜急性期ステント内閉塞に対してPenumbra Aspiration Systemを用いた経皮的血栓除去術が再開通に有用であった1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　頚動脈狭窄に対する頚動脈ステント留置術（carotid artery stenting：CAS）における急性あるいは亜急性期のステント内血栓症は，重篤な神経学的合併症を来す危険があるにもかかわらず，標準化した治療法は確立していない^1,6)．今回，われわれはCAS後の亜急性期に生じた症候性のステント内閉塞に対し，経皮的血栓除去術が再灌流療法に有用であったので報告する．
