下垂体腺腫に対する経蝶形骨洞手術の術後，蝶口蓋動脈からの鼻出血を生じ，塞栓術にて治療した仮性動脈瘤の1例

Ⅰ．経験症例

1．症例

　58歳，男性．健診にて鞍上部に伸展する脳下垂体腫瘍を見出された（Fig.1）．神経症状，内分泌症状は認めず，ホルモン検査にても下垂体ホルモンの異常高値は認めなかったため，非機能性下垂体腺腫と診断された．
