短期間に画像所見の変化を認めた巨大紡錘状中大脳動脈瘤の1手術例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　紡錘状動脈瘤は椎骨脳底動脈系に多く，中大脳動脈の巨大紡錘状動脈瘤の報告は稀である．今回，われわれは短期間に画像所見の変化を認めた巨大紡錘状中大脳動脈瘤を経験した．本症例に対し手術を施行し，病理所見にて解離を確認したので若干の文献的考察を加え報告する．
