局所放射線治療後に頭蓋内主幹動脈狭窄による脳梗塞を呈した成人神経膠腫の2例

Ⅰ．はじめに
　放射線治療の遅発性合併症の1つとして放射線誘発性血管障害があるが，悪性脳腫瘍症例では臨床的に問題とされることは少ない．2000年から2012年までの期間に当院で術後局所放射線治療を行った悪性神経膠腫全175例中2例において，放射線治療に起因すると思われる主幹動脈閉塞・狭窄とそれに伴う脳梗塞を認めた．成人例において同病態は比較的稀で臨床的にはこれまで問題視されていないが，悪性神経膠腫に対する治療の進歩に伴い長期生存例も増加傾向にある中，今後罹患頻度が増加する可能性を予見し，文献的考察を踏まえて報告することとした．
