Ⅰ．はじめに
　眼窩内腫瘍性病変は比較的稀な疾患である．その中でも眼窩内静脈瘤の報告は少ない．今回われわれは若年で発症し，経頭蓋到達法で治療を行ったが静脈瘤を摘出することなく眼症状が改善した眼窩内静脈瘤の症例を経験したので報告する．
