眼球突出と複視を伴った帽状腱膜下血腫の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに
　帽状腱膜下血腫は軽微な外傷によっても生じ得る．本疾患は通常保存的に治療できる場合がほとんどである．しかし，稀ではあるが外科的な治療を必要としたり，ときには命にかかわる事態に発展する症例も報告される⁴⁾．
　今回われわれは，血腫増大により眼球突出，複視を生じ，手術治療を要した症例を経験したので報告する．
