Ⅰ．経験症例
　術前画像を3Dワークステーションで解析し，術前に詳細な画像検討をしたことで，premature ruptureなく安全なクリッピングを行い得た症例を経験した．
　現病歴　60代男性，突然の嘔吐後に意識消失を来し，当院へ救急搬送された．
