定位的開頭術を応用した海綿状血管腫の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに
　脳内占拠性病変を摘出する際に，いかに後遺症なく正確に摘出するかは大きな問題である．現在では術中エコー，術中モニタリング，手術ナビゲーション，手術シミュレーションなどの方法が主として用いられている．今回われわれは左側頭葉深部に発生し，出血を来した海綿状血管腫に対して駒井式定位脳手術装置を使用した定位的開頭術を行い，良好な結果を得た1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
