破裂C2内頚動脈瘤に同側の未破裂巨大内頚動脈瘤を合併した1症例

Ⅰ．はじめに
　内頚動脈の巨大脳動脈瘤は治療困難であることが多く，個々の症例で治療法について検討する必要がある．今回われわれは，内頚動脈C2の破裂脳動脈瘤に同側内頚動脈C3-4の巨大未破裂脳動脈瘤を伴った症例を経験した．その治療適応および治療法に関して文献的考察を含めて報告する．
