Ⅰ．経験症例
　〈患　者〉　79歳　男性
　既往歴　関節リウマチ，リウマチ性多発筋痛症があり，メトトレキサート，プレドニゾロン（2.5mg/日），ラベプラゾール，アレンドロン酸，メロキシカム，テプレノン，葉酸，ゾピクロンを内服中であった．
