TSH産生下垂体腺腫

Ⅰ．はじめに
　甲状腺刺激ホルモン（thyroid-stimulating hormone：TSH）産生下垂体腺腫は，血中の甲状腺ホルモン値が上昇しているにもかかわらず，血中TSHが抑制されていない，いわゆる不適切TSH分泌症候群（syndrome of inappropriate secretion of TSH：SITSH）を呈することが特徴で，動悸，頻脈などの甲状腺機能亢進症状を主訴に発見されることが多い．詳細は後述するが，近年，不妊外来で甲状腺機能を評価することが一般的になり，産婦人科経由で発見される頻度が高まっている．
　本稿では，TSH産生下垂体腺腫の概要，診断，そして治療法などについて，最新の知見を交えて解説する．
