典型的な雷鳴頭痛を認めず，脳内血腫と可逆性白質脳症を合併した可逆性脳血管攣縮症候群の1例

Ⅰ．経験症例
　〈患　者〉　38歳　女性
　現病歴　近医産婦人科にて経膣分娩で第1子を出産した．出産時に陣痛促進のためオキシトシンが使用されたが，分娩直後および分娩後の著明な血圧変動はなく，そのほか特に問題は認めなかった．出産後10日目に，両側前頭部から側頭部にかけて締め付けられるような間欠的な頭痛に続いて，失語症状が出現した．イブプロフェンを内服して頭痛は改善したが，失語症状が続いたため，翌日近医産婦人科を受診した．診察中に全身性の痙攣発作が出現し，ジアゼパムを投与され，加療目的で当院救急搬送となった．
