Ⅰ．はじめに
　慢性硬膜下血腫の穿頭血腫除去術後に硬膜下膿瘍を認めることは少ない^2,9,13)．今回われわれは慢性硬膜下血腫の穿頭血腫除去術後に，Propionibacterium acnes（P. acnes）の感染による硬膜下膿瘍の稀な1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する．
