てんかん重積の診断と治療

Ⅰ．けいれん重積とてんかん重積
　「けいれん重積」という言葉が慣用的にしばしば用いられるが，正しくは「てんかん重積」である．けいれん（convulsion）は，四肢に反復する不随意な筋収縮による症状を表現する言葉であり，けいれんを伴わないてんかん発作およびてんかん重積がある．てんかん重積は，けいれん症状の有無によって大きくけいれん性てんかん重積（convulsive status epilepticus）と，非けいれん性てんかん重積（non-convulsive status epilepticus：NCSE）に分けられる．
