椎骨動脈起始部高度狭窄に併発した赤色血栓による，脳底動脈塞栓症の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに
　今回われわれは，椎骨動脈起始部高度狭窄に併発した赤色血栓による，脳底動脈塞栓症を発症した症例を経験した．再塞栓を来し，カテーテルによって椎骨動脈起始部の血栓を摘出して血管形成術（ステント留置）を追加した．椎骨動脈起始部狭窄に併発した血栓をカテーテルで摘出した報告は渉猟し得なかったため，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
