Dermoid cystを伴う先天性皮膚洞に脳膿瘍を合併した1例

Ⅰ．はじめに
　先天性皮膚洞は比較的稀な神経管閉鎖不全症の一病態であり，出生時2,500人に対して1人の頻度と報告されている¹³⁾．その機序は胎生期における神経外胚葉成分と皮膚外胚葉成分の遊走異常によるものと報告されている³⁾．先天性皮膚洞では髄膜炎や硬膜下膿瘍などの中枢神経系の感染症を合併することも多いが，今回われわれはdermoid cystを伴う先天性皮膚洞に硬膜下膿瘍だけでなく脳膿瘍を合併した稀な1例を経験したので，文献的考察を踏まえここに報告する．
