（6）スポーツ頭部外傷の診断と対応

Ⅰ．はじめに
　2018年6月，世界最大のスポーツイベントであるFIFAワールドカップロシア大会が開催され，日本代表の活躍とあわせて列島を連日興奮させた．その一方，スポーツにおける脳振盪への社会的関心が高まっている中で，このメガイベントにおいても，前回大会でも問題とされた脳振盪への対応が再び物議を醸し，さらなる注目を集めた．本稿では，スポーツ活動時に発生する頭部外傷の中でも，中心的な病態である脳振盪の概念や遷延する危険性，現場での対応，その影響による後年的な脳機能障害とされる慢性外傷性脳症に加え，日常診療において特に診察室で注意すべき事項などについて概説する．
