Ⅰ．序　　論
　動静脈短絡疾患は，動脈血が静脈に病的に流出することでさまざまな病態を来す．頭蓋内や脊髄脊椎領域に発生する動静脈短絡疾患のうち，頭蓋頚椎移行部（craniocervical junction：CCJ）に発生する頻度は1〜2%とされる¹¹⁾．CCJに発生した動静脈短絡病変は，他部位と比較して特異な血管構築を呈しやすく，その血管構築が症状発症形式や治療適応・成績に関連することがあり，最近注目されている^8,15,19)．本稿では，CCJに発生した動静脈短絡疾患の症状，診断，治療，臨床転帰について論じる．
