頚部頚動脈とstylohyoid-thyroid chainとの関係

Ⅰ．経験症例
　〈症例1〉　79歳　男性
　右頭頂葉の脳腫瘍病変（anaplastic oligodendroglioma）に対し腹臥位にて脳腫瘍摘出術を施行した．術後のMRIにて対側左半球に新規梗塞が認められ，種々の検査にて左茎状突起による内頚動脈圧迫が原因と考えられ，茎状突起過長症候群（Eagle症候群）と診断した（Fig.1）．
