頚動脈ステント留置後食物アレルギーによるステント血栓症が生じた1例

Ⅰ．はじめに
　頚動脈ステント留置（carotid artery stenting：CAS）後のステント血栓症は比較的稀な疾患ではあるが重大な合併症である．冠動脈ステントにおいては約1〜3%の症例でステント血栓症を生じているが^4,13)，CAS後のステント血栓症発生率は0.5〜5%と報告されている^5,18)．ステント血栓症の発症には不十分な抗血小板療法や過凝固状態（糖尿病，担がん状態など），局所的問題（血管解離，plaque protrusionなど）などさまざまな要因があるが，稀なものとしてアレルギー性アナフィラキシーショックに伴うステント血栓症が存在する¹¹⁾．今回，頚動脈ステント留置後に食物アレルギーが誘因で全身性皮疹を呈し，ステント血栓症を生じた1例を経験したので報告する．
