Ⅰ．経験症例
　〈患　者〉　77歳　男性
　現病歴　3カ月前より，両大腿後面のだるさと痛みが出現した．徐々に歩行障害が出現し，残尿感も認めるようになったため当科を受診した．腰痛は認めなかった．
