POINT
●神経心理学的検査のみをもって運転再開の可否を評価することは困難であるが，一部の高次脳機能検査（TMT-B）や視覚情報処理検査（UFOV）の有用性が報告されている．
●ドライビングシミュレータを用いての評価や訓練は，運転再開の可否判断や訓練プログラムとして有用な可能性がある．
●実際に車を運転しての路上評価や訓練は，運転再開の可否判断や訓練プログラムとして有用な可能性がある．
●精神面・情動面での問題が自動車運転の安全性に影響を与える可能性がある．
●自己の障害に対する認識や自己コントロールを促すことが安全に自動車運転を行うために重要である．
