Ⅰ．経験症例
　〈患　者〉　47歳　女性
　現病歴　朝，急に嘔吐を伴う強い頭痛が生じ，救急搬送された．来院時，Japan Coma Scale（JCS）0，Glasgow Coma Scale（GCS）E4V5M6．四肢麻痺はなく，見当識は保たれていたが，強い頭痛と嘔気を訴えていた．血圧179/94mmHg．脳CTで後頭蓋窩に多量のくも膜下出血を認めた（Fig.1）．Hunt ＆ Kosnik Grade 2, World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies（WFNS）Grade 1.既往歴には特記すべきものを認めなかった．
