Ⅰ．緒　言
　これまで，未破裂脳動脈瘤の開頭クリッピング術において，急性脳腫脹を来したという報告はない．今回われわれは術中に致死性急性脳腫脹を生じた未破裂前交通動脈瘤の症例を経験したため報告する．
