Point
・脳出血急性期にCTAを撮影する意義は大きい．
・CTAで二次的な脳出血を鑑別し，出血源が明らかであれば外科的治療を検討する．
・単純CTやCTAで，血腫増大・再出血の危険因子となる所見を検出する必要がある．
