脳室内（壁）の所見

Point
・側脳室の形態には正常でも左右差や変異があり，正中には透明中隔腔やベルガ腔を認めることがある．
・脳室内には脳脊髄液の流れがあり，MRI，特にFLAIR像ではartifactがみられる．
・側脳室壁にはリング状の結節が偶発的にみつかるが，上衣下腫である可能性が高い．
