Point
・多くのがん腫でpatient reported outcome（PRO）, quality of life（QOL）は予後と相関することが示され，グリオーマ診療にかかわる際に今後一定の知識が必要となることが予想される．
・臨床試験でのQOLの解釈には，それぞれの試験で用いられたQOL評価内容や評価法の定義などを整理した上で結果を理解する必要がある．
