Point
・現在の神経集中治療では二次侵襲を最小限にとどめ,生体の自己回復能力を最大限に引き出す環境を作ることに主眼が置かれている.
・神経学的所見やモニタリングから得られる情報を統合し,頭蓋内圧亢進を的確に評価して治療のタイミングを逃さない.
・今後,インフォマティクスなどがモニタリングや管理の質の向上を支援することが予想されるが,生理学,病態生理を深く理解することが本質であることには変わらない.
