Point
・Anterior cervical foraminotomyは最小限の骨削除を行うことで固定を回避しつつ，神経根をピンポイントに除圧する術式である．
・可能な限り支持組織を温存することと，最大限の神経除圧を行うことは相反する概念であり，これらのバランスをとるのに習熟を要する．
・狭い術野で正確に神経根に至るためには，解剖学的知識，術中の良好なorientationが肝要である．
