Point
・中枢神経系にできる血管芽腫症例の約20%はvon Hippel-Lindau（VHL）病症例である．
・VHL病症例であっても非VHL病症例であっても，多くの血管芽腫の腫瘍検体において何らかのVHL遺伝子異常を認める．
・VHL遺伝子異常を解析するためには，directed sequencing法だけではなく，MLPA法やVHL遺伝子プロモータ領域のメチル化解析も必要である．
・血管芽腫の分子標的治療として最近，HIF2α阻害薬が有望視されている．
