Point
・頭蓋底の血管解剖には一定の法則がある．これを理解し，さまざまなバリエーションに対応する．
・塞栓術の際，注入条件などですべての吻合が観察できるわけではないこと，一部は病変を介した吻合も存在することを意識する．
