・貧困灌流を呈する前方循環の症候性脳主幹動脈閉塞・狭窄の脳梗塞再発率は高い．
・JET Studyでは貧困灌流症例に対しSTA-MCAバイパス術の脳梗塞再発予防効果が示された．
・STA-MCAバイパス術を行う上で定量的脳循環測定の正確な評価と周術期合併症発生の低減が重要である．
