Point
・間接バイパス術では創傷治癒反応とグラフト-脳表間の灌流圧較差により動脈新生(arteriogenesis)が誘導される.
・間接バイパス術は脳虚血部位への開頭とグラフトの縫着を原則とし,多様な手技手法が存在する.
・もやもや病への間接バイパス術は内頚動脈系から外頚動脈系への移行を促進する.
・諸外国では動脈硬化性疾患にも間接バイパス術が施行されつつある.
