Point
・小児後頭蓋窩腫瘍は，閉塞性水頭症を伴い診断から手術的加療までを速やかに行う必要があるものが多い．
・代表的な腫瘍として，髄芽腫，上衣腫，毛様細胞性星細胞腫，atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor（AT/RT）が挙げられ，それぞれの特性を理解し，治療を進めていく．
