Point
・頚動脈ステント留置術施行においては，周術期合併症をいかに減らすかが命題であり，症例ごとに適したデバイス選択を行えるかが重要となる．
・遠位塞栓防止デバイスの変遷や複数のステントが存在する現在におけるデバイス選択について解説する．
