Point
・皮質-皮質間誘発電位(CCEP)は1〜2分で施行可能であり,高い再現性と信頼性から術中にも施行可能である.
・術中CCEPは言語や運動などの機能同定だけでなく,てんかんの病的ネットワークの同定にも有用である.
・Warning signの設定や全身麻酔下でのモニタリング法としての確立が今後求められる.
