Point
・下垂体部腫瘍のほとんどが下垂体神経内分泌腫瘍だが，そのほかラトケ囊胞，頭蓋咽頭腫，髄膜腫，胚細胞腫瘍，下垂体炎などさまざまである．
・病変によって治療方針や予後がまったく異なるため，正確な診断の確定が必須である．
