Point
・WHO脳腫瘍分類第5版では,新たに限局性星細胞系膠腫が加わった.
・限局性星細胞系膠腫には,毛様細胞性星細胞腫,多形黄色星細胞腫をはじめとする6つの腫瘍型が含まれる.
・限局性星細胞系膠腫の多くでMAPK経路の遺伝子異常が認められる.
